UPDATE; The City Council called a special meeting for 6:30 PM tomorrow to begin to address the special needs in our community due to the COVID-19, including consideration of a proposed emergency assistance agreement with Sunnyvale Community Services and to give the City Manager authority for 60 days to prevent water shut off situations for people experiencing virus-related layoffs.
Council will be considering an emergency resolution and a federally required item, but have otherwise cancelled non-essential presentations and items.
